Gold linseed flour is obtained from freshly harvested, unroasted linseed by cold pressing. It is suitable for increasing the fiber content and improves the suppleness, elasticity and binding capacity of gluten-free baked goods. Due to the very high swelling capacity of the products, more liquid must be used. Thanks to its high fiber content, Goldlein flour is also suitable as a vegan egg substitute.

Golden linseed differs from brown linseed in its fatty acid composition and has a higher swelling capacity. Our Genuino golden linseed ripens in midsummer from the end of July to mid-August and is harvested in Europe to the highest quality standards. They are then gently cold-pressed from golden linseed into oil. In the final step, the press cake is ground to produce our outstanding golden linseed flour.
