Almond oil is easily digestible and a gentle care product. It has become indispensable in cosmetics and the food sector.
The elongated, egg-shaped stone fruits with a gray, leathery skin are harvested once a year. A distinction is made between sweet almonds and bitter almonds. Bitter almonds are used for the production of essential oils.
Our almond products have a sweet almond content of 99%. To make our almond products, the almonds are pressed using a gentle cold pressing process. The oil press cake is ground into fine almond protein with a high protein content of 50% in further production steps. Almonds are real energy and power packs, very filling thanks to their high protein and fiber content and provide numerous vitamins and minerals.
